Zoro – a real swordsmen.

 Zoro is the first member joining Straw Hat Crew. And now, we can say he is the right hand man of Luffy and one of the largest threats of that crew. The reason why Zoro left his village is to find the greatest swordmen- Dracule Mihawk, challenge with him. Of course at that time, he is an unemployed so to alive he killed some pirates for money ( for example: he has a meal with cost 5.000.000 Beri)- People talk about him as a cold blood hunter. And The first appearance of Zoro strongly impressed with his strong will, when he said he agreed to become a pirate but he would kill Luffy with his swords if his action prevent him following his own ambition. That mean he just don’t care about what people say about him ( even if they pursue him), he just keeps doing what he really want – find and challenge Mihawk with the mission to become the best. He said “ I don’t care what the society say, I’ve regretted doing anything. I’ll survive and do what I want to”.




 The chance to challenge with Mihawk come sooner than Zoro expected, when Mihawk pursued Don Krien just to kill time. Zoro was eager to defeat him to become the best, but in Mihawk’s position he just wonder why a weakling like Zoro wanted to see the ultimate power. Then the battle promptly finished as it’s beginning, Zoro had no chance to match the greatest swordsmen, and Mihawk intended to  pierce him but he suddenly realized that he didn’t strong enough to pierce his will ( “What strong will” Mihawk though). For a long time, Mihawk hasn’t seen a swordsmen like that guy- never step back even if he faces the death, a swordsmen who preferring death over defeat. As Zoro said “ when I decided to become the greatest swordsmen, I threw away the rest of my life”. That’s not only the will of a real swordsmen but also the will of a real man.
